Constable Whiskers is Almond Cookie’s pet and companion, released alongside him in the second half of the Beacons of Unity update. Although Constable Whiskers is currently only an NPC in Kingdom, it is available as a Pet in OvenBreak. In the past, Constable Whiskers was a stray cat who took up residence in the Magical Emergency Handling as a kitten. But now he is a cute character of our fanart Cookie Run Constable Whiskers Sticker.
